Stay; For Life will be participating in Hollis Community Days!  We will have our table full of free mental health and suicide prevention resources, swag and more!  We’re looking forward to being involved in this family-friendly event, to help bring mental health and suicide prevention to more conversations.  The event will feature family fun, live entertainment, fireworks, local food and craft vendors and more. Stop by to see what we’re all about!

National Night Out, South Berwick

Stay; For Life will be holding a vendor table at this wonderful community event hosted by the South Berwick Police Department.  The event will include free food,  several a touch-a-truck vehicles, a free bouncy house for the kids, free face painting, a K-9 demonstration provided by Sanford PD’s Officer Cotton, and many other free activities.  We hope you’ll join us at the South Berwick Fire Station parking lot.

Wells Harborfest

Wells Harborfest is a family friendly event featuring activities, games, food, fun and more.  Stay; For Life will be holding a vendor table with free resources, friendly conversations and information.

3rd Annual Motorcycle and Jeep Ride and Event

Acton, 559 ME-109, Acton, ME 04001, USA

Our 3rd Annual Stay; For Life motorcycle and jeep ride will include a scenic route beginning at the Trailblazers Family Club in Wells (102 Bills Lane, Wells) and ending in Acton.  A full-day event will greet us at Iron Tails Saloon including  live bands, food, drinks, raffles, Stay; For Life merch, contests, and mental health and suicide resources.  If you can’t join the ride, join us at the event, all are welcome!  Come spend the day with us, help support Stay; For Life, and help advocate for men’s mental health and suicide prevention.

Pre-registration ended at 6pm on 7/18.  Register between 9-10am at the event!

Vendor Table

For the second year in a row, Stay; For Life is proud to hold a vendor table at the Lighthouse Church of the Nazarene’s annual yard sale.  Donnie and Angela will be present to chat with the community about mental health awareness, suicide prevention, what we can do as a community to help support one another, and provide free-of-cost support resources.

Stay; For Life is excited to work alongside Sanford’s LGBTQ+ community to help promote mental health wellness and suicide prevention, provide free-of-cost resource materials, and to remind everyone that “it’s ok to not be ok”.

Biddeford High School Mind and Body Fair

Biddeford High School, Biddeford, Maine

Angela and Donnie will be hosting a table at Biddeford High School’s Mind and Body Fair on May 23rd.  Students will have the opportunity to visit with various organizations from the community.  Stay; For Life is proud to be involved in helping the students develop their understanding of mental health and suicide prevention.

Student Presentation, Stearns Junior Senior High School

Stearns High School, Millinocket, Maine

Stay; For Life co-founders Angela and Margo will give a mental health and suicide prevention presentation to grades 6-12 at Stearns Junior Senior High School, in Millinocket.  The presentation will help students recognize signs of mental health challenges in themselves and others, and provide practical tools for support. They’ll learn how to check in with peers using thoughtful scripts, express their own needs, and practice self-care strategies. A visualization activity will help them identify their personal support network, and they’ll receive key mental health resources. The session will end with a Q&A with Angela.
