Stay; For Life co-founders Angela and Margo will give a mental health and suicide prevention presentation to grades 6-12 at Stearns Junior Senior High School, in Millinocket. The presentation will help students recognize signs of mental health challenges in themselves and others, and provide practical tools for support. They’ll learn how to check in with peers using thoughtful scripts, express their own needs, and practice self-care strategies. A visualization activity will help them identify their personal support network, and they’ll receive key mental health resources. The session will end with a Q&A with Angela.
