Mission Statement
Stay; Man to Man Peer Support Group breaks down the stigma surrounding men's mental health. We do this by by cultivating opportunities for men aged 18 and up to forge alliances through face-to-face, man-to-man interactions within a safe, confidential, judgement-free, peer-led group setting. Stay; for connection, community, and brotherhood.
What Can You Expect at a Meeting?
Stay; Man to Man Peer Support Group is a comfortable place where guys can meet to chat about something that has been on their chest for a while, help other guys deal with their troubles, or just hang back and take it all in - to know they are not alone in all of this. The group will be led by a regular guy - not a mental health professional - to keep things as low-key and laid back as possible.

Weekly meetings are free and aim to help guys with the everyday stress or mental health challenges they face, in a non-judgmental, supportive and de-stigmatized environment. If nothing else, you get to hang out with some guys, grab a snack, come back and do it again next week. What do you have to lose?
